From July to September 2017, between the cracks and beneath the city, existed another. Denizens from the top-side who found their way through the bared and broken rusted rebar concrete of construction discovered the crevice – the entrance to Kontinuum. Enthralled by its mystery, they came in droves… 100,000 men, women and children, their digital doppelganger becoming the population of the strange land.

And then… with an electric crackle and underwhelming pop, it was gone. Gone from our world, taking its digital citizens with it – the eternal city of Kontinuum, residing now solely in the fiber-optic bitstream of the electronic consciousness.
